Miley Cyrus is sending the message out, loud and clear, that she is growing up. Soon to be 16, she is not a kid anymore. And, girls this age will start to mimic adults more. They are no longer in the "tweens" stage and want to make sure that everyone knows it. Some of Miley Cyrus' friends are older, like her best friend (BF) Mandy Jiroux. Mandy is 20 years old and is one of Miley's dancers.

Let's hope this is normal adolescent behavior she is exhibiting in these photos (check out the slideshow, below). She should have fun so she won't become a neurotic adult. So, being a normal teenager is good for her.

She's a teenager. A lot, if not all of them, act like this. It's normal. I mean yes, she's a role model for a lot of younger girls, but she's still human.

all i know is that when i was 15 i wasn't taking pictures in my chones and a shirt with no bra... i was outside playing during the day with friends and tping people's houses at night...

What the heck is ya'lls problem? What if you found out that Miley was sexually active or if you saw her kiss a girl? Why has she got to lead your idea of her life for you to enjoy watching her on TV or performing on stage? Nevermind how your daughters are being raised.How are they turning out?
