Jason Castro was voted off American Idol tonight, May 7, 2008. He did not seem to be surprised given his two performances last night. He seemed relieved. If you have been watching American Idol for the last 3 weeks or so you could tell that Jason Castro wanted "out." He did not really prepare for his performances. But, I think he has a pretty nice singing style and it's a plus for him that he plays instruments. Also, he is a great looking guy. I predict he will have a successful career.
Maroon 5 and Bo Bice were the professionals performing tonight. The show moved along pretty well with the contestants' group performances and the live 'phone' questions from fans across the United States. I would rate tonight's show "3 out of 5 Stars."
