3 Teenagers Will Not Face Criminal Charges For Beating Victoria Lindsay | Video

Criminal charges were dropped against 3 of the 8 teenagers present during the beating of Victoria Lindsay that happened in March, 2008 in Polk County, Florida. Prosecutors found there to be insufficient evidence against them.

The vicious attack was videotaped by a group of teens with the intention of their becoming famous by posting it on YouTube and MySpace. Instead, the pack of 8 teenagers became infamous and the video became a source of outrage from the general public.

Victoria Lindsay was ambushed by the group of teens when she walked into a home on March 30. She was hit in the head several times until she lost consciousness and when she awoke she was held against her will and beaten again for a period of 30 minutes.
