Ruben "The Velvet Teddy Bear" Studdard got married to his beautiful fiancé Surata Zuri McCants. The 29-year-old singer and McCants exchanged vows at Canterbury United Methodist Church in Birmingham, Alabama on Saturday.
Studdard met McCants, 30, in October of 2006 while signing his CDs at an Atlanta Wal-Mart. The story goes that he was so mesmerized by her beauty that he followed her to the "Toy Department" and asked for her phone number.
On the day of their wedding, Studdard and his 20 groomsmen wore custom-made black tuxedos. McCants wore an ivory floor-length Casablanca gown.
