Casey Anthony, the mother from Orlando, Florida, charged with killing her toddler, Caylee, was back in court Friday for a hearing on the case. A judge ruled Thursday that Casey Anthony must attend all hearings with the exception of scheduling and trial status hearings.

At the hearing this morning, the judge allowed the defense attorney to examine the crime scene.

Casey Anthony is charged with first degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. The child was reported missing in July. And, a utility worker found Caylee's remains in the woods near the grandparents' home in Orlando.
