Octuplets Are Result of Implanted Embryos

The mother of recently born octuplets, who wishes to remain anonymous at this time, said that she is ecstatic about the birth of her babies and she believes it was a 'miracle' birth. However, today we are finding out that a doctor implanted eight embryos into the mother's uterus and, "miraculously," all implants were successful.

The mother is in her 30s, divorced, living with her parents. Also, she has 6 other children, which includes a set of twins. The doctors at Kaiser Permanente said that she had the choice of having all 8 children or 'selective reduction.'
