NPR Under Fire For Firing Juan Williams | Video

Journalists, TV Personalities, Conservatives, and Liberals are in an uproar over NPR's abrupt decision to fire Juan Williams. Click here for his remarks that led to his firing.
Veteran journalist and commenter Juan Williams was fired from his job as senior news analyst at National Public Radio after he said that seeing people in Muslim-style dress on airplanes sometimes makes him "nervous."

The dismissal has triggered a backlash against NPR with people ranging from comedian Whoopi Goldberg to conservatives like Sarah Palin and William Kristol arguing that dismissing Williams for that comment was wrong.

Williams, who is also an analyst for Fox News, told Fox today that he was not given a chance to defend himself.~ABC News

UPDATE:FOX NEWS Signs Juan Williams to a new three-year contract for nearly $2 million.
