David Cameron Says UK Rioters Will Pay for Crimes | Video

Today in London, Prime Minister David Cameron spoke to the House of Commons. He was very direct in getting his message to the UK rioters.

Cameron stressed that these troublemakers will pay for their crimes. Riots broke out in the UK last Saturday and lasted for 4 straight days. The British Prime Minister claimed that these riots were about theft, not politics. And he alluded to the fact that the horrible 4 day events were driven by social media, stressing that social media can be used for good and for "ill."
