Just a few minutes ago, Los Angeles Judge Pastor sentenced Dr. Conrad Murray, who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter by a Los Angeles jury concerning Michael Jackson's death, to 4 years in Jail. Dr. Murray has the right to appeal this sentencing.
After a long delivery by the judge we learn that Dr. Murray might have been eligible for probation had he displayed remorse. However, Judge Pastor stated that Dr. Murray did not show remorse immediately after Jackson's death or during the trial. Also, Judge Pastor no longer had the power to sentence Dr. Murray to 4 years in prison due to some new law in Los Angeles. I think it has to do with overcrowding of the prisons.
When all is said and done, Dr. Murray could spend only 2 years in jail or 2 years of house arrest due to the jails being overcrowded, also.

Without further delay... Dancing with the Stars' Season 13 Mirror Ball Trophy winners are JR Martinez and Karina Smirnoff!
Congratulations to JR and Karina! It was an exciting Season 13 Finale. Ricki Lake was eliminated, leaving JR Martinez and Rob Kardashian to wait until the end of the show to see who the winning couple would be for this season's Finale. This was a close race.
The judges loved both couples, but held a higher score overall for Rob and Cheryl. However, the viewers' votes were in and obviously JR and Karina received the most votes. Both couples worked hard this season and deserved to be on top in the competition.
This was Karina Smirnoff's first Mirror Ball Trophy win. And, boy did she deserve it! JR tells Karina that he was proud to be part of her first Mirror Ball Trophy win. Rob and Cheryl were the first to congratulate the winning couple.
This was a great season of Dancing with the Stars. Season 14 starts in March 2012.
Did you see last night's DWTS Final Contestants' Competition? If you did, you saw a fantastic show with the 3 Finalist couples in fierce battle for that Mirror Ball Trophy. Professional Dancer Karina Smirnoff took it to the limit with her partner JR Martinez. Also, Cheryl Burke has done amazing work with Rob Kardashian. These two were prepared to do battle. I was impressed! But, let's not forget Derek Hough and Ricki Lake. They were prepared for last night's competition.
Who do I think will win the MirrorBall in tonight's Finale? Honestly, I can't say for sure. However, I think it will be between Rob Kardashian and JR Martinez.
Sexy Bradley Cooper was named as the 2011 Sexiest Man Alive on Wednesday, November 16, 2011, by People Magazine, and you can see him on the cover of their latest issue, as shown above.
Bradley Cooper is good-looking and has a certain "edginess" about him that a lot of women find sexy. He is very entertaining in the movies Hangover and Hangover Part 2, plus I enjoyed his performance in the provocative film Limitless. This guy is intelligent, speaks fluent French, and appears to be pretty grounded. People Magazine made an excellent choice for 2011.

Who was eliminated last night on Dancing With The Stars (DWTS)? I would say to watch the video of the whole show, below. However, I'll tell you right now and you can watch the video replay of the show to view their reaction. The Couple comprised of Hope and Maks were sent home last night. And, it's a good thing. Hope Solo is an elite athlete, but not a dancer by any stretch of the imagination. Plus, she and Maks have displayed really nasty attitudes throughout the entire season. But, maybe all that was staged since these Reality type shows rely heavily on controversy. Who knows?
Rob Kardashian of the Kardashian Klan, having improved dramatically, is a joy to watch with one of the hardest working and best professional dancers, Cheryl Burke. JR Martinez is a "smooth operator," a very good dancer, and his partner, Karina Smirnoff, also is a top and hard working professional dancer on the DWTS crew. Ricki Lake seems to have some confidence issues, but she is a very good dancer partnering with Derek Hough, another extremely hard working and excellent professional from the DWTS crew.
The following weeks of DWTS should be very interesting to watch. I think the Celebrity winner just might be Rob Kardashian. We shall see. Check out last night's show, below. It's fun to watch:

And a whole lot of other phrases can be created dealing with the atrocities that have been documented by the "Grand Jury Presentation." I have read the 23-page report. Before you read it, be ready to be shocked. It is sickening and makes you pause at different points in the material. It documents findings on Victims 1 through 8 over an 11-year period.
